Bad Turmbach is known for the high quality of its traditional menu. Aside from fresh trout, our specialties include homemade varieties of pasta, and lovingly prepared desserts. The most exacting gourmet can find the highest quality South Tyrolean wines on our wine menu.
Our menu includes tasty appetizers, first and main courses made with fish and meat and lovely desserts created by our kitchen staff. Our meals are always prepared from scratch. We use regional and seasonal fresh produce; flavor ed with herbs grown in our garden.
